Introduction

I have a keen interest in helping people. I am an HCPC registered and CSP chartered Physiotherapist. I did my degree and qualified in 2010. I have worked in a variety of settings including private and NHS healthcare.

I also have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I can help people with a wide variety of musculoskeletal health problems. Problems you may have could be injuries, post-operative recovery or post hospitalisation rehabilitation or reablement and thus recovering or if necessary, compensating for lost abilities. Together we will set goals, put a timeline on it and use physiotherapy to get you better.

I am an active member of the local gym. I instruct a circuits class once a week in supporting people with mental health issues. I enjoy running outdoors around the Dorset countryside.

A favourite place I like to run is around Maiden Castle, in Dorchester. I also enjoy taking the dog for walks as an opportunity to slow down and take in the rich countryside.
